Opening in November 2020, The Flats at Kennett Square, is the newest residential apartment community owned and operated by High Associates Ltd. Located in Kennett Square, PA, the luxurious Flats are within walking distance of the Historic downtown, and amidst the neighborhood’s finest shopping, dining and recreation.
We are currently seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician, ideally with a background in lease-up/new construction, to join The Flats at Kennett Square team. The Technician will be responsible for the completion of technical building maintenance and emergency repairs as required by service requests submitted by all appropriate tenants and/or owners. They will also perform preventative maintenance assignments as scheduled.
