Location: Richardson, Texas

Job Description:
  • Regularly communicate internally and externally to clients
  • Support Program Managers to ensure all Document Deliveries are prepared and delivered in a timely manner according to the contract required guidelines
  • Route and track, review, edit, format, update, and manage new and revised documents
  • Ensure the Project Contract Requirements are being followed and met
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Maintain records/history of all project deliverables and controlled documents (Electronic and Hard Copies)
  • Complete additional projects (improvements, spreadsheets, or others as needed)
  • Demonstrate organizational skills as needed to maintain paperwork/task schedule
  • Identify improvements in the process to meet the objective and/or recommend alternative tasks that meet objective
  • Manage Government Property records, training for new projects, monthly audits for contracting department
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Education/Training (both required and desired):
    • High School diploma required
    • Associate's Degree in managerial field desired
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience supporting management personnel
    • Experience supporting management personnel within the DoD preferred
    • Experience with Government Project Contracts a plus
    • Adaptability, flexibility, independence, and resourcefulness with take charge personality to thrive in high paced environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Security:
    • Must be a US citizen
    • Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
