Summary: Reports directly to the guest services supervisor and is responsible for answering questions/ comments and resolving guest services issues via Live Chat communication.
This is a part-time role and available shifts are:
9am to 1pm
8pm to 12pm
Would also require weekend availability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Be skillful with computers and standard software packages (Microsoft Office products as well as any third-party social media software (Hootesuite)
Have a high attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Excellent written communication skills including excellent spelling/grammar skills - Quick learner
Maintain files and report the daily, weekly and monthly activity
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Social Media software and websites; Spreadsheet and Word Processing software. This includes Microsoft Office programs.
