Job Description Digital Transformation (DX): Digital Transformation is about engaging with innovation or technology to accelerate organizational growth, increase efficiencies or pivot business goals by analyzing and acting on data. Having a security team as part of the transformation process helps reduce risk and drive business outcomes as the wealth of information they touch can provide valuable insights in support of business goals. Optiv helps organizations bridge the gap between business and security by utilizing data as a business driver, efficiently scaling and adapting the business to support digital transformation initiatives. Utilizing an open system-based and modular framework enables security to work in parallel with the business to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environment. Who we are looking for: As a Digital Transformation Services Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for positioning and selling Optiv's Service offerings specific to Digital Transformation, including; Cloud, Analytics, Automation, Internet of Things, Operation Technology, and Customer Identity and Access Management. You will be responsible for a pre-determined set of accounts in Optiv's Enterprise Segment, working with the respective account teams to identify opportunities for Optiv to provide services and technology solutions - specific to the Digital Transformation portfolio. You will be responsible to work with the various sales and advisement teams to help identify overall client Services opportunities, develop account plans, work with Field Marketing to lead in-region DX campaigns, and work with Global Service Demand's DX and Identity and Data Management (IDM) team to assist in the development, architecture, and scoping of opportunities. In this role, you will be a thought leader for Optiv to help build out its focus on services opportunities to protect Enterprise DX environments, projects and initiatives. You will need to work with accounts to build and maintain relationships, on a day-to-day basis, as it relates to services and explore new services opportunities for Optiv. Development of a multi-year account plan for your top accounts is a core responsibility for the DX Services Sales Specialist. You will identify and understand your client's core DX security concerns and how they correlate to Optiv solutions that mitigate these cybersecurity risks. Based upon this understanding of the client, you will work with Optiv's account and services teams to collaborate with the client's leadership to refine and/or build a security strategy, and subsequently develop and propose solutions to address client security needs. How you'll make an impact:
Generate new business opportunities and foster relationships with clients.
Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. Foster relationships with client personnel to analyze, evaluate, and enhance information systems to develop and improve security at procedural and technology levels.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Understand Optiv and its services and actively assess/present ways to serve clients.
Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate the ability to quickly assimilate to new knowledge.
Lead creation of multi-year strategic account plans, for named accounts, to provide services for client's DX environments, projects and initiatives.
Build trusted, effective, and productive relationships with client executives within assigned accounts.
Build a sales pipeline within assigned accounts and achieve/exceed assigned bookings targets for Services (80%) and Technology (20%).
Manage current and multi-quarter forecasts with a high degree of accuracy, currency and integrity.
Execute with discipline and in alignment with Force Management principles including MEDDICC and Command of the Message, among others.
Effectively communicate Optiv's value proposition as it relates to security services and technologies expertise and capabilities.
Maintain collaborative and effective internal communications with Optiv team members relative to specific opportunities, associated requirements and client satisfaction.
Experience in providing guidance in strategic, program and project initiatives in cyber security for large organizations.
Ability to clearly articulate the benefits of the Optiv service solutions portfolio to various client stakeholders.
Proven experience in a pre or post-sales capacity in an information security environment.
Ability to listen and communicate effectively with prospects, clients, account managers and management.
Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills.
Strong knowledge of cyber / information security concepts, risk and controls concepts
Strong knowledge of standards and regulations
Strong knowledge of Security architecture design and review.
Strong knowledge of Cloud, Analytics, Automation (DevOps), IoT/OT, Customer Identity and Access Management.
