This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
  • Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
  • Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
  • Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
  • Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Passionate about building an innovative culture
  • Strong core skills and Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages Python, JAVA or .NET.
  • Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement
  • Experience in software architecture
  • Conversant in application programming with modern concepts and components like KAFKA, Autoscaling among others
  • Expertise in GIT , MAVEN
  • Test automation / Test Frameworks
  • Familiarity with CI (continuous integration) tools, such as Jenkins and AIM and Jules
  • Experience in communicating with users and technical teams to gather requirements and resolve issues.
  • Experience in onsite-offshore model in managing large projects involving multiple teams. strong attention to detail in conducting analysis combined with ability to accurately document
  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools and fluency in web language
  • Exposure to modern Agile/Scrum development methodologies including TDD, BDD and shift Left concepts
