Position Title: Equipment Finance Operations Coordinator
Business Unit: BCSI
Reports To: Equipment Finance Credit Buyer

Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for performing various clerical, data entry and administrative tasks as required.

Primary Responsibilities:
Understands requirements, practices and policies of various Bank clients.
Inputs data for new leases for Bank clients. Posts payments to individual lease accounts. Balances cash receipts with payments posted. Records lease terminations.
Answers phones and handles customer requests.
Prepares deposit tickets and general ledger tickets. Completes general ledger worksheets to data entry for processing.
Performs data entry and maintenance for existing accounts.
Prepares daily reports and sends to respective Bank clients. Prepares month-end reports and distributes to respective Bank clients.
Completes monthly batch billing processes.
Prepares and sends out invoices daily. Makes sure all invoices are accounted for and sent out.
Prepares and mails late charge notices daily.
Processes payment due date change requests.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Minimum Education:
High School or GED
