A DAY IN THE LIFE:


You'll be responsible for administrative support to facilitate post-sales Tandem insulin pump training with patients provided by qualified clinical insulin pump trainers which include; Tandem Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialists (CDSS),  contracted; Tandem Pump Trainers (TPT), Contracted Clinical Centers (CCC), or the patient’s Healthcare Provider (HCP).   You'll also maintain training records per patient trained by Tandem (CDSS, CCC or TPT) in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:



  • High school diploma.

  • 5 years’ administrative experience supporting multiple people, including field staff.

  • HCP office experience with patient interface.

YOU'RE AWESOME AT:



  • Handling high volume transactions.

  • Outlook calendar management.

  • Handling confidential and sensitive information.

  • Effectively communicating verbally and non-verbally

EXTRA AWESOME:



  • Post-secondary school education preferred.

  • CRM software experience preferred.
