Instructional Systems Designer A. Harold and Associates, LLC (AHA) is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer (ISD). The ISD will work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and other ISDs to gather and analyze existing training documentation to support the redesign effort of multiple Navy training courses. Depending on the ongoing Covid-19 situation, the ISD may travel to Navy Schoolhouses to interview Navy SMEs and capture details about training courses. Travel up to 50% may be required for this role. This is a Jacksonville, FL opportunity that requires full-time in-office support. Specific Duties/Job Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Instructional Systems or related field
  • Foundational knowledge of learning theory and systems thinking
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment in a detailed instructional analysis effort
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
  • Organized and concise
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to adapt to customer need
  • Exceptional written/grammar skills
  • Able to quickly adapt to process changes
  • Other duties as assigned
