The Utility CSR provides coverage for Customer Service Representatives on an as needed basis to assist offices throughout the Bank's branch network with daily service activities. Ensures that Bank customers are provided with professional service and accurate transaction processing. Follows Bank policies and procedures and adheres to applicable government regulations. Performs all Customer Service Representative functions including transaction processing and new account opening. May provide job training to CSR staff as needed while working in various locations.

. Requirements:

  • Three years of applicable banking teller and operations experience; some supervisory and leadership experience preferred.

  • Knowledge Skills/Abilities: Excellent customer service skills, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.

  • Proficient in the use of personal computers and related software. Ability to work varied days/hours as business dictates.

  • Certificates/Licenses Required: Valid California Driver's License and proof of insurance.


  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED); some college coursework preferred.
