The Courtyard Newark - University of Delaware has an immediate opening for Guest Service Representatives with dynamic personalities and strong technical skills for a very busy Front Desk. We are an award-winning, highly-reputable hotel with a diverse customer base that requires top-notch customer service.

Interested candidates for this position must have...

  • At least one year experience in a front-line customer service position.

  • At least one year of experience in a hotel.

  • Previous hotel and Night Audit experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.

  • Have strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to follow directions and work both independently and with a team.

  • Prior Marriott experience a plus.
