Job Description:

The Digital Channel Manager requires a high level of collaboration across all agency functions and teams. The person will be responsible for translating channel strategies into client campaigns, ensuring the strategies are carried through project execution and alignment to the identified success metrics. They will have responsibility for the quality of the finished product as it relates to the execution and management of digital campaigns and projects.
Responsibilities/Essential Duties:

Translate channel strategies into client campaigns, ensuring the strategies are carried through project execution and alignment to the identified success metrics
Provide concise and comprehensive end-to-end project management on assigned digital projects, ensuring digital best practices are being met across agency functions and managed projects
Develop and identify channel success metrics and client reporting templates
Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns to assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and provide recommendations for optimization and improvements
Participate in client meetings and work with clients to ensure digital assignments are being executed according to the strategies set at the onset of the project
Develop paid media efforts across social platforms and paid search
Manage and execute Google AdWords recommendations and campaigns
Execute email campaigns using client preferred platforms
Assist in the identification of metrics to monitor and showcase the impact of digital and channel programs
Evaluate emerging technologies and trends and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Assist in the development of statements of work and estimates for digital projects; gather team recommendations based on requirements/objectives
Assist Associate Director, Strategy & Channel Planning as needed

Requirements:

6+ years of digital marketing experience; agency experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in PR, marketing or related discipline
Possess strong communication skills and provide clear and accurate communications across all levels of the organization, internally and externally
Must understand the assets needed from a designer and developer standpoint in order to ensure collaboration on projects
Highly organized and detailed, with ability to manage numerous tasks in a fast-paced environment
Work collaboratively to create positive relationships with peers, clients, vendors, managers and others
Adhere to the akhia core values in all business interactions, and conduct self in a manner that reflects the agency's vision and values at all times
Certifications in Google AdWords and Google Analytics preferred

Physical Demands:

Consistently requires sitting for a majority of the day to complete essential job duties on the computer and telephone
Consistently requires auditory abilities to efficiently listen and effectively communicate with clients, vendors and staff to carry out essential job duties
Occasionally requires standing to scan, print and copy job-related documents to carry out job duties
Occasional overnight travel by land and/or air may be necessary
