Job Description
  • Support late stage process development team with the development and characterization of downstream processes for the manufacture of biopharmaceuticals (monoclonal antibodies and other proteins).
  • Make detailed observations, analyze data, interpret results, and exercise appropriate technical discretion in the execution of experiments.
  • Supporting other tasks as projects require.

  • B.S./M.S. degree with 1-3 years of experience with protein purification
  • Basic understanding of protein purification principles and methods
  • Hands on laboratory experience of protein purification including but not limited to chromatography, UF/DF (TFF), viral inactivation, and virus filtration.
  • Experience on AKTA and Unicorn software
  • Experience in HPLC analysis and instruments
  • Working knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices
  • Effective oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, proactive approach, and self-motivation
  • Good time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work within a team and in a cross-functional setting
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
