Our AT&T National Security organization supports our Nation’s Intelligence Community, operating and assuring critical voice, video and collaboration services for the full spectrum of intelligence operations.

AT&T has an opening for an Associate Billing Specialist to support the customer in providing billing support.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and processing invoices, performing payment investigations, working with onsite engineers to resolve technical issues with service configurations, serving as liaison between the service provider vendors and the (customer premise based) AT&T technical staff.
  • Project manage the resolution of billing issues, bill consolidations and bill segregations.
  • Track vendor orders, and payments through the full lifecycle to ensure that they are processed in compliance with customer service levels, and to ensure that they are accurately accounted in terms of program financial reporting
  • On an infrequent basis, provide supplemental support to other areas of the program to include: network service ordering, provisioning and documentation, assisting with financial report preparation, procurement and federal accountable property support, contract assistance, professional services proposal support and program documentation support.
Required Clearance:
Must be US citizens and have an appropriate USG SECURITY CLEARANCE: SECRET or above prior to applying (#secret)

Required Qualifications:
Applicants should have experience managing and implementing billing processes, experience interfacing with multiple vendors to process critical customer requisitions, excellent computer and office management skills, communication and customer interface skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, strong analytical skills, a team work oriented approach to responsibilities and a consistently excellent attendance record.

Desired Qualifications:
Proficiency and experience in Microsoft Excel and Access is beneficial although not required.
