You will be responsible for the management of all digital platforms, including developing strategies to increase Enlivant’s visibility, revenue, traffic, and monitoring performance to measure success. This role will also cover both sales and marketing departments including providing analytical support, reporting, and insights to help grow Enlivant’s digital representation and performance.
Lead and manage updates, design, and UX on all digital channels.
Identify, develop, and grow Enlivant’s digital discoverability and presence including Amazon.com and other channels
Provide social media support and listening tools & insights.
Conduct report analysis of Enlivant.com website, social traffic, sentiment, and establish ROI & KPI’s
Offer digital support cross-functionally within Enlivant to all departments
Assist with digital campaign management, marketing database, e-mail strategy & capabilities to fuel perpetual lead generation.
Drive SEO, SEM, PCP, Social PCP, and innovative digital marketing solutions that deliver growth, engagement, and loyalty.
Identify the latest trends and technologies to fuel and support growth for Sales at all levels of the organization.
Oversee and support all other digital projects and virtualization opportunities.
Support the SVP of S&M for sales analytics and special strategic projects
A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital sales and marketing/website content management
Bachelor’s degree required
A minimum of 5 years of using digital marketing tactics including email, website development, user experience enhancement, database maintenance, etc.
Proven track record of analytical skills and project management skills. Strong written and verbal communication
Must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-paced environment.
Ability to proactively problem-solve – an eye for turning challenges into opportunities
Ability to manage direct reports and a team
Experience in managing digital marketing vendors preferred
