Job Description:

DUTIES: Apply in-depth business analysis knowledge to review and analyze systems problems to identify solutions. Develops and reviews use cases, workflow diagrams, and gap analysis to create and modify requirements documents and design specifications. This role involves managing requirement scope and serves as a bridge between information technology teams and the client through all project phases. This role is a member of the Business Analysis Team and reports directly to the Business Analysis, Manager. Analyze user requirements and client business needs using standard procedures. Identify and manage scope of changes based on client requirements. Ensure bi-directional traceability of requirements. Supports testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation of information systems. Tracks and reports status of work assignments. Prioritizes and schedules work assignments based on the project plan, handling multiple tasks across project phases Creates and modifies straightforward Business Process Models. Responsible for delivery of Detailed Functional Design Document for multiple modules. May be assigned to various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.

REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Comp. Sci., Engin.(any), or related technical field. 24 months experience in job offered or computer-related occupation. Experience must include: 1) Agile (Scrum) Methodology, 2) Root Cause Analysis, 3) EDIFECS Transaction Manager, 4) EDIFECS Spec Builder, 5) CALT, 6) JIRA (Atlassian), 7) Oxygen, 8) Remedy Ticketing System, 9) MS Visio, 10) SQL, 11) Claims Adjudication and Processing, 12) Medicare Claims Processing Expert, 13) Data Mapping, 14) Professional Scrum Master, 15) Agile Methodology, 16) Rational Traceability Tool, and 17) Selenium. Experience may be gained concurrently. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
