You are responsible to driving strategy for the service sales energy division. You will create an organizational structure which serves to delight our customers while also ensuring their experience with us is a superior one. The position has a strong demand to transform Service Sales into a modern, data driven organization, with special focus on customer centricity.

What can you expect?

Key responsibilities include:


  • Create business plan for energy service division with clear goals, tasks and, service opportunities

  • Focus on digitalization and data driven sales organization

  • Transform and drive change in the organization and the way business is conducted

  • Develop/implement multiple transformative initiatives for quick impact & business growth

  • Drive channel strategies to ensure the best way to market our products/services

  • Create long-term road for future service centers and field service team expansion

  • Responsible for multiple financial KPI’s and coordinating efforts with Service operations

  • Ensure a culture with a high level of customer centricity, including flexibility for quick customer response, transparency for resolving issues as they happen

  • Ensure needed service products are put in place, commercially or technically

What is required?

Along with degree requirements, the follow would be required:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred; Bachelor’s degree in another discipline with relevant experience required.

  • 5 – 7 years progressive experience in sales and business development

  • Strong understanding of financial management concepts & business systems

  • Ability to modify leadership style and management approach to reach company goals and objectives.

  • Ability to direct personnel as a team to accomplish specific goals. 

  • Ability to coordinate inter-activity between all departments and make decisions based on available data and instinct.
