Will work with direct manager to be responsible for collaborating with our customers to improve TreeHouse's margins and revenue while reducing inventory through application of end-to-end supply chain tools and tactics. Works in field at Customer office location and serves as subject matter expert in helping to improve customer satisfaction, best practices and financial commitments. Leads root cause analysis including problem definition, investigation, and developing correction and prevention processes. Researches business processes and serves as the liaison between supply chain functions, sales and our customers. Communicates findings and recommendations to management and other functions. Develops metrics and measures and analyzes results.
With direction from Manager will be accountable for successful collaboration with Customers and functional experts to prioritize and deliver value-added solutions that meet or exceed TreeHouse's growth objectives.
Serve as central point of contact to ensure continual connectivity and high levels of Supply Chain execution between Customer and TreeHouse
Act as a collaborative interface with Customer's Supply Chain, Merchandizing, and Sales teams
Manage master supply chain data within Customer and TreeHouse systems to ensure truckload optimization and supply chain efficiencies
Manage, review and create purchase orders on behalf of Customer using Customer replenishment software
Manage Customer inventory levels, product "freshness" and product flow throughout Customer's Supply Chain
Execute inventory flow for successful transition of new items, discontinued items, pack size transitions and shelf resets
Provide problem-solving solutions to better manage vendor supply issues including assisting with allocation management
Enable on-time delivery performance by managing Customer DC inbound capacity and PO delivery scheduling utilizing Kroger and supplier supply chain tools
Generate, verify and publish periodic scorecards and reports to monitor Customer Supply Chain health
Work with direct manager to proactively identify/anticipate potential problems and future trends, assesses opportunities, impacts and risks while developing and implementing plans and solution deliverables to Customer problems
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Engineering or related technical field
2-3 years related business experience
Self-starter with ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across all groups and levels
Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization and with Customers
Solid understanding of forecasting, replenishment, and supply chain policies and practices.
Proven project management skills: conceptualizing, planning, estimating and executing.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's Degree Required
Experience in Customer Service and/or Finished Goods Procurement preferred
Experience with SAP, Business Intelligence, Oracle RPAS/AIP, or other Order Management software preferred
