Perform duties to process oil through the hydro/refinery/filter system with a Safety-minded attitude that maintains and enhances a Safety-culture for the benefit of the Company and its employees.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Operates machinery to melt materials with use of high temperatures, then mixing with hydrogen; calculating production methods using equations
Monitors production equipment to ensure proper functioning; making adjustments as necessary
Cleans filter press at least two times per shift
Documents all equipment processes, recording production output, breakdown, cleaning schedules, or other deviations from standard production procedures or schedules
Maintains safe, clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Conduct on-the-job training of co-workers, as needed
Contributes to team effort by performing other duties as assigned and needed

Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent
Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Basic math skills
Able to take measurements accurately in feet, inches, and pounds
Basic working knowledge of computers
Able to work overtime and weekends as needed
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift in excess of 50 pounds frequently throughout shift (approx. 15% of shift)
Able to be on feet, tolerate excessive walking; stair and ladder climbing; and tolerate heights (approx. 60% of time)
Frequent bending throughout shift
Able to shovel materials into hoppers
Able to tolerate extreme weather conditions; working outside
Training Period:
Minimum 90 days meeting all above requirements; up to two years
