The Department Supervisor is responsible for managing the staff, processes and complex operations. This position ensures that products and services are delivered at maximum quality in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for keeping own immediate work area in a neat and orderly condition to ensure safety of self and co-workers. Will report any unsafe conditions and/or practices to the appropriate supervisor and human resources. Will immediately correct any unsafe conditions to the best of own ability.
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three (3) years' relevant supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Solid understanding of contract requirements and ability to manage these requirements in accordance with CNI policies and procedures
Understanding and application of government contract administration principles, concepts, practices and standards
Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
