The Enterprise End-user Services (EES) team of Broadcom s Global Technology & Solutions Organization (GTSO) is technology forward and constantly scanning the industry for new innovative solutions to implement. The team is looking for an individual with Okta and Single Sign On (SSO) administrative skills. This individual will join a team of dedicated GTSO members to deliver end-user services to Broadcom users and customers from all levels.

The incumbent is expected to be forward looking and have a passion to explore new Cloud technologies and needs to be articulate, professional and able to handle any situation efficiently. A degree in Information Technology or Engineering with a minimum of 2 years IT Support position is desired.

This position will be based in Broadcom Inc. US Offices in California, Colorado or Georgia and will be reporting to the Identity & Client Services Senior Manager based in Duluth, GA. This role will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting and monitoring Okta and SSO services.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Work performed by this job requires the skills and knowledge related to this technical field in order to complete difficult and complex assignments:

*

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years experience in the IT Field.
*

Okta Certified Professional or equivalent certification is a plus.
*

Coding skills with 3+ years experience and knowledge of industry standard Cloud/SaaS protocols like REST, OAuth, SOAP, SCIM, JavaScript and PowerShell is a must
*

Well versed in security concepts related to with Single-Sign On (SSO) and Multifactor Authentication (MFA, 2FA)
*

Experienced with using and troubleshooting standard SSO industry protocols such as SAML/SAML2, WS-Fed, OpenID, OAuth
*

Experience using tools like PostMan, WebSequenceDiagrams/LucidChart and SAML Tracer is required
*

3+ years of experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) services including setup and troubleshooting of standard SSO protocols (i.e. SAML2) and application integration
*

3+ years of experience with using and integrating with Microsoft Active Directory including a solid understanding of Active Directory/LDAP tool sets such as ADSIEdit, LDIFDE, CSVDE. Experience with integrating SSO with AD is highly recommended
*

Experience in working with vendors and key stakeholders to setup POC environments, evaluate, test and package new services including proposals and implementations is a plus.
*

Experience using and supporting and integrating with Cloud Services APIs, Connectors, Services and Infrastructure is a plus.
*

Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, challenging and global (multiple time zones) environment is required.
*

Self-motivated, able to strategize/plan and work under minimal supervision is required.
*

Project Management and organizational skills are a must.
*

Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
*

Good presentation skills and able to articulate to all levels are required.
*

Respond to and resolve operational problems on a follow the sun support basis to adhere to service level agreements.
*

Must work well in a structured Change Management environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*

Experience putting together operational metrics is highly beneficial. Any experience using and generating Splunk reports a plus.
