Location: Winston Salem, North Carolina
This position is responsible for the gathering of complex data sets from various sources to provide analytical support to the SVP, Business Transformation. Leveraging data and using quantitative methods, the Data Analyst will identify patterns and trends that deliver actionable analysis to support and drive the high priority strategic initiatives of the company.
Responsible for collection, organization, and curation of raw data sets into actionable information to improve business performance.
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, ensuring successful business transformation and value creation.
Perform quantitative and data driven statistical analysis, allowing management to make informed decisions.
Leverage historical data to identify leading indicators that guide the business transformation process.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to support the execution of strategic initiatives.

Master’s Degree in Data Analytics , Mathematics, or a related area of study
0-2 years related work experience with analyzing data
Ability to work with large data sets
Expert in Microsoft Excel
Proficient in Tableau
Proficient in Statistics and Data Modeling
Proficient in G-Suite
