Job Description

We are currently seeking an Associate Finance Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support our Adult & Feminine Care (AFC) business. This position will function as the CFO to the AFC Finance Director, leading financial planning and reporting for the business and providing insights that shape business strategy. The position is responsible for short term business delivery (0-15 months) and is expected to provide timely financial analysis and information to facilitate sound business decisions.

The Associate Finance Manager plays a critical role in driving the overall success of the Adult & Feminine Care team by turning information into analytics and insights. The applicant should be a thought leader and able to identify opportunities and solutions which deliver on business objectives.


The Associate Finance Manager reports to the Finance Team Leader – KCNA FP&A and is based in Neenah, WI.  Key customers include:

  • CFO – North America Adult & Feminine Care (Finance Director)

  • Adult & Feminine Care Leadership Team (President, General Managers, Functional Leaders)

  • Adult & Feminine Care Brand Finance Team (Brand Financial Managers & Senior Financial Analysts)

  • KCNA Strategic Finance/FP&A Team

  • Dallas Corporate Reporting Teams

    Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide timely, accurate, consistent, and complete financial information and insights to operating units and sector management for making sound business decisions

  • Embrace and demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset to improve the quality and productivity of the Adult & Feminine Care Finance and KCNA FP&A teams

  • Analyze results and plans to ensure data integrity, provide insights, recommendations and lead collaborative efforts with other teams to improve results delivery

  • Support sector ad-hoc analyses as requested. Identify and implement reporting and analysis best practices to drive enterprise efficiency

  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality performance through personal example by adopting a customer-based approach to business support.   • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

  • 4+ years of progressive finance experience

  • Demonstrated organizational skills to manage functional workload, multiple priorities, and competing time demands

  • A broad understanding of economics, finance, business management and the inter-relationships among these disciplines

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize strategic corporate tools and processes for data analysis

  • Developed interpersonal skills to function as an integral part of multiple teams

  • The ability to influence without authority and drive business outcomes

  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills to deliver effective, confident, and results-oriented communications and presentations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing financial expertise to Consumer Product businesses

  • Experience working and influencing in a matrix organization

  • Lean initiative experience; ability to identify best practices and lead process improvement projects

  • ANAPLAN experience

  • FP&A experience
