The Field Marketing Account Executive has 1-3 years experience and works closely with the Field Marketing Account Supervisors and other Account Executives. The Field Marketing Account Executive coordinates, oversees and executes assigned projects while providing business and operational support to the Cooperative Marketing team. In this role, you will gain direct experience working with cross-functional teams to understand and address business, creative and project needs while developing key skills in client-engagement, field marketing, problem solving, and communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acts as main liaison to assigned field markets. As liaison, you will:

    • Oversee coordination, creative development, and execution of market-specific projects

    • Act as day-to-day contact with in-market clients -Onboard, analyze and assist with client procedures as it relates to local marketing & advertising planning, development, and execution

    • Conduct local market competitive analysis, developing benchmarks and ROI goals -Manage market office environment updates

    • Provide in-market/local support for client initiatives such as events, sponsorship activation and target demographic programs.

    • Efforts to include:

      • Identify and support execution of programs

      • Develop and integrate promotional materials

      • Event coordination and execution Community outreach support



    • Contributes to developing, updating and implementing team's tactical deliverables

    • Tracks revisions to assigned jobs/projects and ensures information is documented and communicated to team/partnership members

    • Maintains/updates weekly status report(s) Assists in entry-level financial activities, such as tracking of team travel and out-of pocket budgets



REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (marketing, business, communications)

  • Interest in field and experiential marketing

  • Strong understanding of the advertising industry and consumer trends

  • Solid communication and organizational skills

  • Attention to detail, willingness to ask questions, ability to follow up and knowledge of overall account logistics

  • Manages up and knows when to escalate client and/or internal concerns

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously

  • Passion to understand client's business

  • Actively contributes to team and department culture Curiosity, initiative, enthusiasm to learn and ability to follow direction
