JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Marketing Specialist 5, you will be responsible for activities that drive market-specific messaging and positioning such as product launch activities, web content, digital and email marketing, advertising, webinars, events, blogs, and social media.

Marketing Specialist 5: Works on the planning and implementation of projects that support the marketing function. Interacts directly with product managers to prepare regular marketing activity reports and responds to questions from the sales organization. Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling, and planning projects, estimating costs, and managing projects to completion. May identify, evaluate and recommend marketing opportunities consistent with product line or GTM objectives; and supports public relations through researching, writing, and editing press releases. Responsibilities will also include: coordinating trade show activities, web copy development, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.
Responsible for delivering strategic results that may have a division-wide impact.
Initiates regional marketing events and delivers them to completion.
Manages email campaigns and customer communication through hubspot.
Leads development lead generation and nurturing.
Manages time and resources to achieve successful project completion.

Knowledge: Having wide-ranging marketing experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.

Job Complexity: Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.

Supervision: Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel.

Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience. At this level, a college degree or equivalent experience is desirable.
