The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all activities related to the planning and execution of the marketing strategy to support all retail in-store marketing solutions. This individual works with other members of the product strategy team to ensure that all solutions meet the current requirements and business needs of our clients and the patient and/or consumer. The individual has deep knowledge of market and industry trends and can translate these into product strategy elements. The Product Marketing Manager serves as liaison with the Sales team to ensure that the proper language and materials are used when interacting with current and potential customers and to support the “Go To Market” strategies for the product. The individual is also responsible for the execution of the marketing plan in collaboration with the Corporate Marketing team, for activities such as development of marketing collateral, attendance to shows and conferences, etc.
Collaborates with the Corporate Marketing team in the development of marketing collateral, planning and execution of marketing events and other marketing related activities
Collaborates with the sales and account teams to gather current and potential client feedback and voice-of-customer to inform product strategy
Collaborates with Product Intelligence team to establish Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Addressable market (SAM) and Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM)
Collaborates with the Client Services team in the development of collateral and materials for client meetings
Collaborates with internal and external teams to plan and execute media and PR campaigns to support the product
Project Management (20%)
Supports product team in all other tasks necessary to ensure optimal product strategy execution
Manages and updates all product marketing information and distributes to the sales team as required
Develops thought leadership pieces to promote solutions and consolidate Inmar as an industry expert in retail in-store shopper marketing.
Conducts market research to identify market, industry and shopper trends to better inform the product strategy.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
3-5 years of related work experience in the <specific area/Inmar solution>
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in Google Suite
Familiarity with in-store marketing arena
