Your day to day

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.

What we need from you

Basic reading and writing plus six months experience as a phone/switchboard operator.  Must speak fluent English.  Other languages preferred.

Speak, listen, and use a keyboard to type or route messages, usually done while sitting

down.

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with

guests and callers; Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when completing departmental records/logs and taking messages for guests or hotel staff. May be required to

work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
