Job Title Senior Clinical Project Manager
The Sr Project Manager will define target services expansion within existing clients and proactively drives revenue expansion initiatives. They are expected to collaborate with cross functional groups to ensure projects are conducted in compliance with appropriate protocol, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory agency guidelines, in a timely, efficient, and quality manner. They will manage complex projects and lead a team of Project Managers. They will hire, develop, and manage talent to deliver a high performing team.
Major Responsibilities, Activities and Task Statements:
Identifies service expansion opportunities within existing client base and proactively drive revenue expansion initiatives.
Ensures that all customer expectations are documented and acted upon in compliance with regulatory requirements
Promotes Brooks services and product portfolio to clients.
Works closely with Account Managers and sales team to identify new business opportunities with the existing clients.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills that will build strong internal and external relationships to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget
Actively participates in BLS development through continuous process improvement, quality and productivity
Assumes highest level of complex/critical assignments.
Able to act efficiently in an environment with dynamic timelines and priorities
Creates required project plans.
Implements and monitors progress against project plans and revise as necessary.
Monitors project schedule and scope to ensure both remain on track.
Ensures all services failures are identified, tracked and resolved in a timely manner
Accountable for the developing, implementation, monitoring and reporting of project and team performance metrics
Effectively communicates management strategies, policies and procedures in conjunction with leadership teams
Evaluates and identifies the appropriate roles within the department to ensure that services excellence is achieved.
Hires, develops, and retains top talent and ensures that an adequate level of resources exist to deliver operational excellence.
Removes obstacles to drive solutions for the team and the client.
Socializes and influences key stakeholders to gain agreement for ideas and initiatives.
Develops resource and performance metrics to help drive business decisions and operational effectiveness.
Addresses performance issues in real time to drive expected performance results.
Perform other duties as assigned.
BS/BA degree in science or related field and minimum 10 years working knowledge of project management processes
2-3 years people management experience
Experience working in an FDA and GXP regulated environments.
Strong organizational skill and attention to details
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Demonstrated a high degree of initiative and ability to work collaboratively
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, customers, internal and external demands
Demonstrated expertise in leading change
Proven record of driving continuous improvement
Proven record of successful project completion
MS in science or related field
Experience in study and data management for clinical trials
Knowledge/experience with formal process improvement disciplines (eg, Lean, Six Sigma)
CSPO, CSM, PMP
