Position provides leadership within the Client Integration Solutions Team with focus on client relations. Supports New Client and Sales Executive with all on-boarding needs and ensures thorough execution of on-boarding process.
Responsible for all support of Client Integration to the Leasing Division
Confidently establishes and sustains relationship with new and existing clients
Instill confidence in new and existing clients in their choice of Merchants Fleet as their fleet management partner
Lead strategic projects, responsible for all aspects of transitioning new client’s fleet, data and services into Merchants portfolio.
Establish, custom, strategic integration plans and timelines
Coordinate execution amongst various areas of operation.
Review and execute client contracts, understanding language and system configuration
Identify and contribute in implementing internal process efficiencies
Partner with internal subject matter experts for continuous improvement and client recommendations
Configure and manage client attributes within a multitude of systems. Attributes drive all areas of operations
Coordinates and executes recurring client calls with appropriate business partners
Complete prospect and/or client-facing presentations and system demos
Consistently follow up on necessary on boarding steps as identified in the New Client Checklist
Ensure project plan is executed on time and client has high level of satisfaction
Ensure data integrity when onboarding a new account, across several systems and a multitude of data points
Configure client’s fleet and data needs as requested
Work collaboratively with products & services team to distribute and launch enrolled services
Maintain consistent communication with clients through scheduled touch points
Support the training and development of new Fleet Integration team members
Utilize Salesforce to manage and track new client support and attributes
Thrive in a fast paced, customer-oriented business with consultative knowledge of lease financial needs, product needs, contractual language, and more
Other Client Services Representative/Billing duties as required to support clients as well as the Leasing Division in meeting their corporate goals
Perform to Merchants Client Experience standards, SLAs & client KPIs
Special projects as assigned
5+ years Fleet Management/Leasing experience
5+ years in environment requiring effective communication, sales and client service skills
Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail with an ability to focus on accuracy while managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Exceptional verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to accept and drive organizational change
Excellent Problem solving/resolution and decision-making skills
Ability to advocate for client and represent “voice of the customer” to build and retain relationships
Ability to nurture and work in a team environment as well as ability to work independently
Exceptional computer skills in CRM, Microsoft Windows, Excel (query), Power Point and Word
High energy as well as a pleasant and professional demeanor
Ability to travel to client and prospect locations when necessary
Education level: Minimum of a 4 year Bachelor’s Degree
