Job Location: Savannah Cottage of Lakeland



The CRC directly supports the efforts of the Executive Director by providing assistance with the tasks of day-to-day operations with primary focus on sales, marketing, networking.

• Marketing & community relations
• Conduct tours/community presentation for inquiries, guests and referral sources
• External sales calls and professional relationship development
• Assist with developing/maintaining Top Twenty Professional Referral List
• Accurate and timely completion of marketing reports and maintenance of sales tracking system
• Admissions & Discharges of Residents
• Recordkeeping as required by federal and state laws/regulations
• Reporting to Home Office
• Liaison to Resident and Families, as well as employees
• Other duties may include support with payroll, bookkeeping, human resources as needed

Job Requirements:
• Experience in ALF, geriatric, rehabilitation, nursing or similar environment preferred
• Marketing & Sales experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel
• Knowledge of basic accounting procedures/bookkeeping experience a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and to handle confidential information
• Ability to manage stress effectively and maintain professional demeanor at all times
• Clean driving record
