Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent

 

Responsibility:

Project Planning & Setup:

• ery strong in fundamental concepts in Genesys Framework and CIM concepts Good Understanding on Genesys 7x8x Platform Expertise in excellent trouble shooting skills  URS  Tserver and SIP Server logs Experience in Genesys eServices and reporting Expertise in Genesys CC PulsePulse and agent desktop application support Excellent  communication skills   Should  be able to lead the team  Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment To provide problem diagnosis and solutions documentation  administration  support and maintenance of Genesys SIP  IVR suite of components Infrastructure services and users of customer offices and of those services  and projectbased work leading to the deployment and support of Genesys services
