GP Strategies has an immediate need for a TRAINING COORDINATOR to support a well-established client, Lockheed Martin, in Grand Prairie, TX. This position is a full-time, benefitted role with GP Strategies and supports the client onsite.

Monday-Thursday - 9 hour workday
1st Friday- 8 hours, the following Friday- Off (Equates to 44 hours- 1st Friday and 36 hours- the following Friday)


* The Training Coordinator will support Missiles and Fire Control and will provide administrative support for the Talent and Organizational Capability (T&OC) team through the following responsibilities:

* Provide outstanding customer service for the Dallas Training Center

* Coordinate T&OC class/training logistics (facilitators, location, materials, classroom setup, etc.)

* Enter course information into Learning Management System and run requested reports

* Monitor course enrollments to help program leads address course capacity issues

* Promote T&OC class offerings

* Collect and process evaluation data and provide program leads

* Maintain and organize training materials and supplies

* Provide administrative support for T&OC talent development initiatives and targeted communications

* Maintain upkeep of Dallas Training Center facility


* Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) - Create and manipulate electronic forms; database entry and report generating

* Demonstrated administrative and organizational skills with ability to prioritize/balance work based on due dates

* Demonstrated analytical skills in troubleshooting and identifying root causes as well as corrective and preventative actions

* Learning Management Systems (LMS) experience preferred


* Demonstrated ability to remain flexible and adaptable to frequent change

* Ability to work in an open environment with distractions (for example, people talking on phone around you)

* Highly collaborative

* Detail oriented

* Outstanding customer service with internal and external clients

* Written and oral communication skills

* Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures

* Superior organization and time management skills

* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment


Ability to lift 25 lbs/ work in a cubicle
