The Othopaedic Spine and Joint Center is an active participant in the nationally renowned Marshall Steele program. Participation in this program enhances the hospital's efforts to produce excellent outcomes and high patient satisfaction through diligent data collection, enabling teams to benchmark, guide and support program goals. This structured continual improvement process involves an interdisciplinary team of professionals all focused on the goal of achieving the best possible results for our patients.

PER DIEM POSITION FOR DAYS (THIS IS A 16 WEEK SEASONAL POSITION)
The Registered Nurse provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times and other duties as assigned.
Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
Current active Florida or Multistate RN license
Current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS required at time of hire
Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.
