Job Description:

Direct all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing a market strategy and achieving marketing targets for the Kelley School of Business. Direct the implementation and execution of marketing and service policies and practices. Execute and ensure marketing communications are coordinated and support marketing plan objectives to meet organizational demands.



Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or closely related field and five years of marketing experience with a service-oriented organization.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies. Demonstrated success in managing an office staff. Experience in developing marketing communications materials. Ability to work in a fast-paced and resource lean environment. Able to design and oversee marketing research studies. Solid data analysis skills and ability to synthesize and draw actionable conclusions from data. Excellent communication skills. Proven leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree.
