We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager in Monrovia, CA.

Own and drive Construction Services cost and Time to Market goals
Lead Data Center Design PMs in evaluating risks and selecting the best Contracting method for the projects
Simplify Master Agreements and Project Agreements
Establish Consistent Contracting and Selection Methods
Lead the direct Bidding and Negotiations of all Contracts
Develop PSRs (Project Releases) with appropriate scope, commercial, and corporate (e.g insurance, surety) provisions
Provide oversight of cost-reimbursable contracting
Manage the Performance of Contractors and Consultants after award, including Key Performance Indicators
Lead the Supplier Management program for Construction Services and Consulting Suppliers, including performance/quality Report Cards and the Clients Interlock program (Supplier Relationship Management)
Provide direction, oversight, and measurement of Clients Vendor and Legal resources assisting with contracting activities. Provide training and supervision to construction project managers, buyers, and project team members on business process and related tools
Negotiate Change Orders
Review potential claims and try to resolve them

Must have a minimum of 10 years experience
Four year college degree is preferred
Knowledge of construction contracting methods and alternatives (Design Bid Build and Design Build), understanding of relationship between contractual responsibilities and assignment of risk, and a basic understanding of relationship between construction costs, quality, and schedule
Has experience working on $100M Heavy Civil Construction projects
