Cognizant is seeking a qualified Exchange Administrator to serve as the primary technician for a subset of distributed internal stakeholders.  These responsibilities will require you to maintain superior client satisfaction through the timely resolution of technical issues. 
Your day-to-day activities will include serving as the escalation point for our help desk, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting in project work.  The selected Exchange Administrator will also assist in managing a global Messaging hybrid environment, including Skype for Business 2015 Hybid, Cisco IRONPORT, MIMECAST Email Encryption and Office365 Administration using MDM, Intune, Airwatch with Conditional Access polices. Additionally, the Exchange Administrator will manage SMTP relay configurations and RightFax devices integration with Email servers

Job Description: 

? Experience in design, implement, manage ,monitor and troubleshoot Exchange 2010/2016/Office365 hybrid environment
? Hands on mailbox migration experience in Exchange 2010 to 2016 and Office365 in Hybrid environment.
? Strong understanding in performing High availability and handling DAG issues in Exchange2010
? Resolving EWS, Auto discover issues with outlook and Exchange.
? Troubleshoot Mail flow, SMTP relay, Outlook-Exchange connectivity issues
? Managing License services, users on Office 365, handling migration issues from On-Premise Exchange to Office365 tenant
? Knowledge of Intune, Conditional Access Policies for Office365 tenant and resolving issues associated with it.
? Strong knowledge on handling SPAM, Malware email incidents and EOP (Exchange Online Protection) configuring polices.
? Hands on experience in managing servers and administer Skype for Business 2015 On-premises, assigning pool, managing users and handle Lync/Skype client related issues
? Managing Skype for Business 2015 Hybrid and experience in migrating users from On-premises to Office365.
? Understanding of integration of voice devices with Skype for Business
? Managing SPAM/Malware email incidents, Whitelisting, TLS configuration, managing listeners and SMTP routes and EOP (Exchange Online Protection) configuration polices.
? Hands on experience in managing and administering CISCO IRONPORT, MIMECAST email appliances and configuration Policies in both On-premise and cloud.
? Managing Proofpoint cloud and data migration On-premise.
? Hands on experience in managing users on Airwatch server, Mobile Device Management using Intune Polices troubleshooting issues associated with it.
? Manage users on Rightfax server and monitoring services and integrate with Exchange/Office365 mail flow with Rightfax devices
? Proactively identify operational vulnerabilities. Make recommendations for improving performance and implement changes in the Exchange environment.
? Change and Configuration management through testing and moving updates through various staging environments (ITIL Change and Configuration Mgmt.)
? Problem identification, determination, and resolution for product or usage of the product in conjunction with requestor (ITIL Incident/Problem Mgmt.)
