Job Description:

Towson based organization is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to be responsible for providing a variety of secretarial, administrative and project related duties for the Chief Operating Officer. This position requires excellent writing skills, independent judgment and a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with officer level executives though out the company
  • Work on various projects involving coordinating events, reports, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Make travel arrangements to include flight and train, hotel and rental car arrangements
  • Maintain professional and personal calendars
  • Schedule meetings and conferences
  • Answer and screen incoming calls
  • Open and respond to professional and personal mail
  • Organize executive office operations and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Must be organized, with strong administration skills
  • Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • At least 5 years prior administrative support experience required
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
  • High School or Associate degree required, Bachelors degree preferred
