Job Description:

The job of an Assignment Professional has responsibility for setting up all new hire and rehire consultants in PeopleSoft (both W2 and AVE), as well as creating new assignments for the multiple professional lines of business pertaining to time and material services. This position demands an ability to establish and maintain relationships, calls for action to adjust daily work-flow and work-spike priorities, requires strong customer service orientation with the aptitude to influence and inspire our field partners, consultants and external clients. Attention to detail, prioritization/organizational management and personal accountability will contribute to success in this role.

• Responsible for Hiring new consultants as well as Re-Hiring termed consultants within the PeopleSoft ERP system

• Responsible for creating new assignments within the PeopleSoft ERP system for all time and material services

• Validate consultant name, start dates and bill rates against client email, statement of work, purchase order and third party tool accounts for client confirmation provisions

• Validate employee forms within Red Carpet (onboarding tool) against CAF (front office tool) submissions to ensure paperwork is completed timely, accurately and is in compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act payroll laws

• Interact with team and department members, sharing information and working to ensure that the "best practices" in the industry are implemented and used to achieve the corporate goals


• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting preferred

• Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience in a customer service environment

• Must have strong customer service attitude and positive interpersonal skills

• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational, analytical and follow-up skills

• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills

• Must exhibit a strong work ethic

• Must be goal oriented possessing problem solving skills and the ability to use independent judgment

• Ability to work both independently and also as part of a team to manage deadlines and changing environments

• Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Office Proficiency
