Job Description:

  • Executing tuning and optimization of services

  • Create/Complete SCIP Approval, RFDS, NST, CIQ forms to support new and existing site designs and upgrades

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and preferred Masters, in Engineering or equivalent

  • 5+ years of experience in Network Tuning & Optimization.

  • Excellent RF skills

  • Pre-Launch Tuning & Post launch Optimization experience

  • Good understanding of wireless physical layer detail knowledge

  • Experience with Ericsson Equipment & working knowledge of Ericsson ENM.

  • Leading virtual teams

  • Advanced Tuning and Optimization experience working in major markets in US

  • 7+ years’ experience of network deployment, system test and lead testing team

  • Advanced technical knowledge in the network area of working (Radio, Transport, Core or Wireline

  • Knowledge of local OHS statutory regulations and group OHS requirements

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills

  • Data analytics expertise

  • Business Acumen and Consultative skills

  • Technical Expertise in LTE, UMTS and latest technologies – 5G, eRAN, LAA, CRAN / Small Cells.

Additional Position Requirements:

A background investigation and drug test is required.
