Mint Magazine is looking for an Art Coordinator. The qualified candidate will serve as the primary liaison between clients, sales reps and the production staff. The position is responsible for delivering quality customer service to all parties. The position is responsible for creating, revising & moving ads (artwork) through the creative process in an efficient manner. 

What You'll Do:


  • Contact and speak with a limited group of clients and sales reps with regard to all aspects of the creative process including ad changes and approvals

  • Communicate with production department regarding changes and updates to art work

  • Layout & assembly and revisions of ads in the various magazines

  •  Proofread any changes and give final approval for the ads to be placed in the magazine

  •  Maintain proof trails as an accurate reflection of the status and history of each ad

  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring:


  • Extensive computer experience; MAC OS preferred, InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Logical thinking process

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to deal effectively with deadlines, pressures and a chaotic environment

  • Good time-management skills

  • Telephone Etiquette

  • Proofreading skills/attention to detail

  • Willingness to work overtime when needed 

  • position will be communicating with clients and sales reps through email & telephone
