Job Description:

Full-time Core Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; occasional nights and weekends


Main responsibilities include maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting and repairing computer and mobile devices, hardware and software. Also included is documenting processes, performing upgrades, and assisting with Technology projects. Qualified candidates must possess experience in hardware and software support for company workstations, printers and mobile devices. Knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office O365 is needed. Prior experience in supporting financial services applications is preferred but not required.  Desired professional certifications include CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or related Office 365, or Microsoft OS administration certifications are also preferred. This position requires strong organizational and troubleshooting skills, the ability to respond in a fast-paced environment, as well as, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Minimum 5 years of enterprise PC support experience required.
