MTM, Inc. continues to grow and we are seeking a Vendor Recruitment Coordinator

The Vendor Recruitment Coordinator will provide full life cycle recruiting support for the logistics recruitment team. This is an integral role that will contribute to the overall success of the recruiting team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process. This will include systems support, data and process management, as well as improvements to ensure an excellent experience.

This position is located at our office in Chesterfield, MO.

Responsibilities:


  • Monitor the Logistics Recruitment inbox; communicating with the team as documents come in and/or are needed

  • Provide backup support on data entry into both Salesforce and AS400

  • Organize incoming credentials, upload when needed

  • Build out email templates for the team to utilize for each stage of the recruitment process

  • Review incoming W-9’s for accuracy prior to sending for approval

  • Provide suggestions for the re-configuration of Salesforce

  • Send out all missing credentialing email reminders and manage correspondence

  • Audit Salesforce for data accuracy, identifying areas of opportunity

  • Manage the TRecruiting email box.  Distribute and/or answer all incoming emails accordingly 

  • Generate and provide analysis on reports as needed

  • Assist with posting for recruitment campaigns, as needed

  • Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating outlook appointments as needed

  • Act as backup to co-workers when necessary

  • Copy/scan documents

  • Create and send general correspondence

  • Take and transcribe meeting minutes

  • Special Projects: as needed lead and monitor special projects throughout the year that are critical to the business

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

  • Minimum of one year experience at MTM and one year of experience in a professional administrative support position required OR a minimum of two years’ experience  in a professional administrative support position required

  • Previous HR administrative support strongly preferred

  • Previous experience with Salesforce, preferred

  • Scripting knowledge/experience preferred

  • Intermediate level of proficiency or above with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

  • Ability to maintain confidential information and recognize what is confidential versus public information

  • Knowledge of general principles of recruiting, staffing systems and tools preferred
