Responsibilities The E-Learning Developer will be responsible for building out both internal and customer facing training content for ZOLL service. The developer will work closely with department leadership to in order to create a variety of training modules, which will include E-Learning, Video, Web, and printed materials. The developer will act as a liaison between each service department and technical training in order to develop training content and curriculums in support of accreditation processes. The developer will also work on creating service oriented and technical E-Learning courses for ZOLL's line of resuscitation products.

Essential Functions:
  • Develop and maintain a course library of E-Learning modules in relation to the ZOLL service organization
  • Work closely with video production, technical training and E-Learning manager to produce content in support of ZOLL Service training programs
  • Serve as a liaison between departments within the service org and technical training to identify training needs and develop supporting content as requested
  • Work with video production and technical training on the creation of scripts for videos embedded within LMS
  • Manage production of courses in the LMS from initial build through stakeholder review. QA, and release
  • Running monthly reports to track service activity within the LMS ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Strong background in E-Learning development and LMS systems
  • Strong background in graphic arts and design
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Industry Experience
  • Certification in Instructional design preferred
  • Project Management experience
