Ensures that all installation and maintenance functions are performed in a timely fashion to meet customer and company specifications. Performs highly specialized moderately complex tasks associated with installation and/or maintenance of switch, cell, network, or CPE equipment.
This is primarily a Switch Operations technician position, supporting install, decom, and service assurance activities. Other network disciplines may be supported on an as-need basis. The technician will be required to physically support multiple switch facilities throughout the State of SC and NC, along with potential remote (virtual) support on an as-needed basis for any Nokia-ALU OEM switch supporting the Sprint wireless network.Potential Night Shift position.Must have valid driver's license, three consecutive years of active driving history, successfully complete driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with Sprint's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.
