Job Description:

The Management Division has occasional needs for adjunct faculty members across our program offerings. Applications from qualified applicants will be reviewed periodically or when an opening becomes available.
The Management Division at Babson College teaches core curriculum in the undergraduate, MBA and specialized masters programs in the areas of Organizational Behavior, Strategy, and Business Communication. In addition to these core courses, we may have needs for applicants who can teach related topics such as negotiation, human resource management, coaching, leadership, decision-making, consulting, and global management, among others.
Babson College delivers courses in many different teaching formats, including traditional semester schedules, half-semester courses, intensive classroom experiences, evening classes, weekend classes, and on-line instruction. We offer programs in the fall, spring, and summer.
