Position Summary: Fisher College, a private non-profit comprehensive college located in Boston's Back Bay, invites applications for a full-time Director of Housing and Residential Life. This position may be live-in, with a meal plan included.

The Opportunity: The Director of Housing and Residential Life coordinates and oversees the daily operation and activities of that department. The typical job responsibilities include the following:
Ensure an environment that is conducive to our student’s education and retention at the College.
Recruit, train, and supervise the department’s staff, which includes Resident Directors, Resident Assistants, housing staff, and student employees.
Serve as the College’s Student Conduct Coordinator..
Oversee all housing administrative processes relating to room sign-up, assignments, move-in, move-out, damage follow-up, maintenance requests, keys, health and safety, and all aspects of housing students on campus.
Manage all aspects of College space rentals for events, including summer rentals and staffing.
Work with the Resident Directors to provide training and activities designed to enhance the experience of our resident students.
3 to 5 years minimum experience in a college/university housing/residential life environment
