Job Summary

This position supports the Lower Extremities business unit via assisting with the creation of marketing materials through collaboration of the Creative Services team and other internal stakeholders.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of high-end creative marketing communications collateral, including, but not limited to, brochures, surgical techniques, packaging, signage, multimedia/video, along with other complex marketing support materials • Team-working as part of a broad creative and production network, which will include interaction with designers, brand managers, product managers and other team members • Coordinating interactions with both internal stakeholders and outside vendors, including printers, photographers, illustrators, tradeshow display coordinators, packaging and new media companies • Assist with the production of presentation materials • Update digital assets • Assist with the updating and reprinting of existing marketing materials

Expected Areas of Competence

- Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work with cross-functional/multi-disciplined teams including Legal, Regulatory, Product Management, Commercialization, Sales Administration, Market Communications and Sales force representatives. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to deal independently with many issues at one time and prioritize accordingly. - Knowledge of Zimmer Biomet products helpful - Proficient with PC based systems, MS Office (Excel, Power Point and Word), and Internet Explorer. - Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

Education/Experience Requirements

- Must be enrolled in a Bachelors Degree program - Marketing, Communications or Advertising related majors preferred - Design experience with both multi-media and print is preferred

Up to 15%
