The impact you will have


As an SEO Associate Director you will lead large and complex SEO engagements and broaden these engagements with your cross-channel knowledge. You will manage and mentor a team of several Organic / SEO media personnel while overseeing the team’s client portfolio.  You will be instrumental in the success of our SEO/ Organic engagements.  You will contribute to in new business pitches and helps shape the company’s Organic / SEO media product offering.


What you’ll do

  • You will be responsible for client Organic / SEO media strategy

  • You will be the primary point of contact to present strategies to clients

  • You will lead Organic / SEO media engagements for large size and complex clients

  • You will facilitate upsell and cross sell opportunities with clients and participate in new business pitches.

  • You will mentor Strategists in all Organic / SEO media topics

  • You will create client success case studies and industry POVs for clients and internal use


Who you are

  • You have a minimum of six (6) years' experience working in SEO

  • You have an advanced knowledge of common SEO industry tools & platforms

  • You are an expert in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) 

  • You are a strong communicator in all mediums

  • You have strong mathematical, analytical, and writing skills

  • You are proficient in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics

  • You have demonstrated experience the ability to compare data and analyze tactics to maximize results

  • You have a fundamental understanding of HTML and may have experience with CSS, JavaScript and web design technologies
