We are looking for a technical, strategic and analytical marketing professional to join the team as a Customer Acquisition Manager. The role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer at Backstage and will work closely with design, marketing, and content teams across the business. You will be tasked with paid campaign execution and conversion optimization, mainly across AdWords, Facebook, email, and other performance marketing channels. The role will require you to use analytics to measure and optimize the execution of customer growth. The Gig:
Grow qualified paid traffic to Backstage’s web app and drive installs for iOS app.
Increase leads and customers via AdWords, Facebook, Bing, and other platforms and ad networks.
Optimize campaign performance in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and Canada.
Drive down cost for customer acquisition on the Backstage web app and iOS app.
Optimize campaigns and test new creative, messaging, and audiences to increase conversion of customers.
Implement and maintain analytics dashboards to monitor performance across ad networks.
Help leverage behavioral cohorting, on-site and in-app notifications, and off-site retargeting to create effective subscription, activation and engagement campaigns
Create and operationalize process for A/B testing campaigns, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and product marketing.
Work with design team to develop new creatives, landing pages, and product designs, based on sound insight from prior performance and testing.
