Your Focus:

The Professional Services Consultant will be responsible for effectively leading and supporting daily customer communications, the delivery of reporting solutions including critical issues and problem management situations for all production and project work for small engagements. You will demonstrate creative and self-motivation with an inclination for constant learning and effective team participation. Good communication and social skills are required. You are able to work effectively under tight project deadlines.

You Key Responsibilities:

  • You will need the ability to resolve customer requirements and translate into solutions (business case, requirements, product needs) and makes recommendations on existing client solutions in order to enhance/optimize current client solutions(s).

  • Tactical Implementation: Carries the ultimate responsibility for the success of the client's implementation to ensure that new solutions or enhancements are implemented successfully.

  • You will working directly with the customer, operations, and core development team(s) on customer support issues.

  • You will advises management of customer acceptance of existing or proposed solutions and services. Assist in enhancing the total client relationship through support of the Sales team and using consultative knowledge to assist with client engagements.

  • You will support operations and core development teams on product releases and functionality testing of the releases.


  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, computer science, information technology, analytics or equivalent

  • 3-5 years of work experience performing strategic delivery and/or operational data analysis in a consulting services company

  • Ability to work independently and set priorities to achieve desired results.

  • General understanding of software and database tools (Tableau, SQL, Spotfire,Data warehouse)

  • Pearl and Python is a plus.

  • Strong Excel

  • Client-facing consulting experience.
