  • Performs basic business analysis of system requirements.
  • Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
  • Designs and builds basic changes, extensions and enhancements to existing ERP applications, programs and reports.
  • Integrates software, develops external interface and maintains technical documentation.
  • Develops and builds application tables, panels, and reports for projects.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves testing issues.
  • May support several components of a project or a complex component of a project.
  • Performs basic business analysis of system requirements and follows through the full development life cycle.
  • Identifies recurring issues and tests to determine best defect resolution.
  • Works with management, consultants, and end users to compile and implement enhancements and defect resolutions to ERP applications and interfaces.
  • Defines, tests, debugs, trains, implements, and supports one or more functional areas within the ERP System.
  • Researches business needs, identifies basic solutions and implements system change requirements.
  • Designs and builds basic changes, extensions and enhancements to existing ERP applications, programs and reports.
  • Translates business needs into technical requirements.
  • Typically assigned to small projects or a phase of a medium or large project.
  • Supports data migration, conversion and loading, seeking continuous performance improvement.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience. 4 years. Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma within 3 years.
